It's important to understand that we are a privately owned Australian travel agency that specializes in providing exceptional tour packages to travelers across the globe. Whether you are an adventure junkie, a nature admirer, or simply someone looking to discover the wonders of Australia, we are here to make your travel dreams a real one. Thus, it's crucial to read & comprehend the Terms & Conditions before making a booking.
When you opt to book through Diverse Infinity Travels, we commit to making all necessary travel arrangements with the service providers on your behalf. However, please be conscious that we are unable to accept liability for the services offered by these third-party providers. We do not guarantee their standards and cannot provide any warranty or representation regarding their service quality.
It is crucial to understand that any bookings made via us are subject to the Terms, Conditions, & limitations set by the service providers. Should any issues or concerns arise during your travel, your legal recourse rests with the specific provider and not with Diverse Infinity Travels.
In case a travel service provider fails to deliver the services as contracted, please direct your concerns and claims towards the provider responsible, as Diverse Infinity Travels cannot be held responsible for their actions or omissions.
At Diverse Infinity Travels, we prioritize your travel convenience. However, we cannot take responsibility for any damages resulting from missed flights caused by delays imposed by airlines when traveling with a combination fare. It is suggested to allow enough time between connecting flights to mitigate the risk of potential disruptions.
Liability
Liability is a crucial aspect to consider. Please note that We disclaim liability for any actions, inactions, or omissions by third parties over whom we have no direct control. However in cases where liability cannot be avoided, we are only liable for the cost of the booked travel arrangements.
While we strive to provide top-notch service, we want to emphasize that we can’t accept liability for any injury, damage, loss(which includes consequential loss), delay, additional expense, or inconvenience caused directly/indirectly by force majeure or any other event beyond our control, provided that we have exercised reasonable diligence in preventing such incidents.
Offers:
Our offers and promotions are subject to availability and specific terms outlined by respective service providers. Advertised promotions only apply to new bookings. Diverse Infinity Travels reserves the right to withdraw offers at any time and without prior notice.
Confirmations & Documentation:
You will receive a written confirmation when you book your travel itinerary with Diverse Infinity Travels. However, please note that your bookings will only be considered finalized once all payments have been made.
To complete your travel arrangements, you will also need to obtain the final documentation from each of your travel suppliers. These suppliers have their own specific guidelines for deposits, final payments, and overall Terms and Conditions that govern their part of your itinerary.
Upon receiving your travel documents, it is essential that you carefully review them to ensure accuracy. If you spot any discrepancies, promptly notify Diverse Infinity Travels so that necessary amendments can be made. This will assist in preventing any changes to your travel plans. It's crucial to provide passenger names exactly as they appear in your passports, as any variations may result in denial of boarding by the cruise line or airline. Furthermore, keep Diverse Infinity Travels informed of any changes in your circumstances, such as adding a new baby to your passport or obtaining a separate passport for them.
For passengers departing from Australia, a reliable passport with a min. of six(6) months' validity beyond the return date is required. Diverse Infinity Travels will need a copy of your passport before making the final bookings. If you are traveling on a non-Australian passport, please be aware that it may impact your visa requirements for the countries in your itinerary and your right to return to Australia.
Before booking, carefully review your itinerary to ensure it meets your needs. Remember that any changes made after booking will incur a fee of $100 per person, charged by Diverse Infinity Travels for the time & effort required to make these adjustments. The supplier may also impose change fees, which will be communicated to you before making any changes. Should the changes be due to the actions of the travel supplier, you may have the option to cancel or rebook without incurring penalties, depending on the supplier's specific Terms and Conditions. If a booking has to be canceled, refunds will be handled in accordance with the supplier's terms.
Payment
Diverse Infinity Travels accepts payments via credit/debit card. We prioritize the security and confidentiality of your financial info and ascertain that all transactions are processed utilizing secure & encrypted channels to prevent unauthorized access.
Please be aware that specific bank charges, currency exchange charges, or international transaction fees may apply when making payments. These charges are the traveler's sole responsibility and will not be covered by Diverse Infinity Travels.
Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. You will not receive a refund if you have already utilized the service.

3. Cancellation by Diverse Infinity Travels: If we need to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you alternative options or a full refund of the amount paid.
Health and Safety and Insurance
Your safety and health are our top priorities. While we strive to ensure a safe and enjoyable travel experience, you must take the necessary precautions and follow any instructions provided by our team or local authorities.
You are in responsible for ascertaining that you are in good enough physical condition to engage in your chosen tour package activities. We strongly recommend consulting your healthcare provider if you have any existing health issues or concerns before booking. Please inform us in advance of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requirements, and we will strive to accommodate your needs to the best of our abilities.
It is mandatory to purchase third-party health insurance with the tour. We don’t have any associate partner for the health insurance, so we suggest the third-party link.
Online Bookings:

a. Online bookings are exclusively available for flights originating from Australia. Diverse Infinity Travels reserves the right to reject online bookings suspected of being fraudulent or not genuine.

b. certain online fares may incur a booking fee/service charge. This additional cost is necessary to cover administrative expenses.

c. For security purposes, we may request additional info, like a photocopy of your passport or driver's license & the credit card used for payment during the online purchase process.

d. It is crucial to ascertain that the name on the credit card used for booking matches the name of the traveling passenger. The airline may request to verify the credit card used during check-in.
Passports and Visas:

a. It is the sole responsibility of travelers to ascertain they possess applicable passports, visas, & re-entry permits that fulfill the requirements of immigration & other government authorities.

b. Any fines, penalty payments, or expenditures resulting from documents not meeting the essential requirements will be the passenger's responsibility.

c. To embark on international travel, all passengers must possess an applicable passport, with many countries requiring a min. validity of six(6) months from the date of entry.

d. Please note that handwritten passport holders won’t be permitted to travel.

e. For more detailed information regarding visa requirements, don't hesitate to contact the appropriate consulate or embassy.

f. Traveling to the United States? Visit the ESTA website for important information about the compulsory pre-registration process for their visa waiver program, known as “ESTA”. Non-United States passport holders can enter the United States(U.S.) with an applicable ESTA or visa. Please be aware that meeting eligibility requirements for ESTA is necessary, and obtaining a visa may be required.

g. Visiting Canada? You must have essential info about the compulsory electronic travel authorization(eTA) for visa-exempt foreign nationals. Non-Canadian passport holders can enter Canada with an applicable eTA, visa, or permit. Please note that meeting eligibility requirements for eTA is essential, & obtaining a visa or permit might be required.
If you have any concerns regarding your eligibility, we strongly advise you to apply for an ESTA or ETA before making your airline reservations just to prevent problems.
Low-Cost Airline Travel:
a. It's important to note that low-cost airline fares often have specific restrictions. Additional charges may be applied for requested services or changes due to schedule modifications or flight cancellations.
b. Diverse Infinity Travels cannot be held responsible for any operational or service issues concerning the low-cost airline. Don't hesitate to contact the airline directly for any queries or assistance.
c. It is worth mentioning that low-cost airlines may require passengers to collect their baggage and check-in again during transit. Additionally, obtaining a transit visa might be necessary in some cases.
Privacy:
Diverse Infinity Travels highly values your privacy. All the info collected from you during the booking process is solely used to facilitate your travel plans and obtain your feedback.
